Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Saanyo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our platform.

Use of Service

You agree to use Saanyo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Download, copy, or redistribute creator content
Use automated systems to access the platform
Attempt to circumvent any security measures
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or creators

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing to a creator, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. The recipient has 30 days to claim a gift subscription before it expires.

Creator Terms

If you are an approved creator on Saanyo:

You retain ownership of your content
You grant Saanyo a license to host and distribute your content to subscribers
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
Platform commission is 30% of subscription revenue
Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule

Content Guidelines

Content on Saanyo must not include:

Illegal or harmful material
Hate speech or discrimination
Sexually explicit content
Plagiarized or copyright-infringing material
Misleading or fraudulent information

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Intellectual Property

The Saanyo platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Saanyo and protected by intellectual property laws. Creator content remains the property of respective creators.

Limitation of Liability

Saanyo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of Saanyo after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
